Please read and help

The Fete will be on Sat 18th June on Lucy Placket Field. With plenty of forward notice our Church Family can make the necessary moves to participate fully in a major or minor way. This event is a perfect opportunity to show our commitment to the St Mary's Mission statement of 'Living in Faith in Adderbury'.
Throughout the next few months everyone can occasionally think of contributions they could make towards the established Church Stalls:
Plant Stall - cuttings and roots cuttings when perennials are trimmed
Cake Stall - very popular, makes money
Nearly New - good quality clothes
Books - any books - the newer the better, make room on your shelves
Refreshments - very very successful, but will need contributions and helpers
Cake and Wine Raffle
Bric a Brac - always good for a rummage
There will be some new stalls;
Tombola - prizes needed
Any new stalls or games researched by the Fete Committee
You may be prepared to run a stall, or act as a relief Stall Holder for an hour! If so please inform the Fete Committee (George Sainsbury, Gill Collett). We do need four people to join the Committee. The duties are not particularly onerous. See George or Gill if you can help

	As a village church our members are very involved with the community Visit the village website
	We support our hospice located in the village raising funds through weekly coffee and chat and other events. Visit Katherine House Hospice
	We have a link with the Anglican Church in Addis Ababa. Visit Addis.
	We support Christian Aid Week
	We have an active Children's Society comittee, supporting Christingle service annual coffee morning and other events. Visit the Children's Society.
