Adderbury Christmas Tree Festival 2017
This year’s Festival will be raising funds to restore our historic church tower. The church tower is a symbol of Adderbury and a well known Oxfordshire landmark. We are raising the £400,000 needed for restoration with events, donations, grants and the Heritage Lottery Fund.
For a donation of only £200 you will be one of our main sponsors. You will get publicity over 3 months before, during and after the Festival. Your logo will be shown on advertising in the village magazine, church website, on flyers and on posters. You will also be given a tree to decorate.
The Festival will be held 8 – 10 December 2017 with refreshments and live music. With your help we hope to have St Mary’s Church filled with 40 decorated living Christmas trees, aiming to again attract over 2,000 visitors over the Festival weekend.
Main sponsorship is offered on a first come first served basis so please respond with your decision as soon as possible to avoid disappointment and by 15 May at the latest. The sponsorship of individual trees will be offered to local businesses and organisations later in the year.
